Humming

Through your day, or if you like in a meditation space, start to hum.

As you hum, notice what starts to activate in your body.

Notice how with your attention you can offer this vibrating alive energy to different parts of your body.

Listen to what parts of your body would like to receive this energy and how that feels to your bigger energy to offer and how it feels to your body to receive.

Notice that through your humming you can connect to the vibrating energy of the ground.
